FAQs
Is there anything I should do to prepare?
There is nothing you need to do to prepare for a sound bath, although if you have headphones they are recommended for the sound to come through better, but not required. Some things you can do if you’d like are wear something comfortable, be in a location that you’d like to receive whether that be sitting/laying down etc., and be in a quiet space. During the session, you can feel free to experience it as you would like and you are invited to close your eyes or keep them open, really whatever feels good for you!
Can a sound bath help heal my medical conditions/concerns?
There has been and continues to be, research on the benefits of sound healing. I am NOT formally trained medically/NOT a medical professional nor do I make any claims/give medical advice, but I do encourage doing some research or talking to a trained medical professional if you’d like to learn more!
Where do I book a session?
Click Book a Session/Book an Offering on any of the icons throughout the site.
How do I pay for a session?
PayPal and credit card are the two options at this time. If you have neither of those, please contact me about booking.
What do I need to bring for my session?
There is nothing that you need to bring. The sound quality might be better if you use headphones, but they are definitely not required. Also, a quiet space if possible and of course your wonderful self!
What should I expect from a session?
At the start of your session, we will do some breathwork. From there, I will start playing the instruments and you can experience them however you would like. I will gently guide you out of the sound bath towards the end of your session.
What instruments do you use?
I use Himalayan singing bowls (made up of about 7 different materials), 432 hz crystal quartz singing bowls, an ocean drum, a rain stick, and most recently a harp my friend gifted. I love instruments and keep finding them around my house/in life, I’ll keep you updated if I add anymore. :)
